PROTECTION SOCIETY
Reports of the month's work were reviewed at the executive meeting of the Society for the Protection of Women and Children. Mr. Dawson Donaldson presided. Ninety-three cases, involving 500 office interviews, had been dealt with, while the society's solicitor had given help to 10 cases. The Magistrate's Court and the Children's Court had been attended each week and 49 visits had been paid to homes. Maintenance money amounting to £251 had beeii received and paid to clients.
