Row, city engineer of Wanganui, has been granted temporary leave of absence to engage in work of national importance at the request of. the Sir Harrv Batterbee, High Commissioner for the United Kingdom in New Zealand, will visit Hamilton on April 22 After visiting Auckland, he will return to Wellington on April 26.
