DIRECTORS' TERMS EXPIRE (0.C.) WELLINGTON, Tftesday The terms of office of two Gov eminent members of the directorate of the Bank . of New Zealand, Messrs. H. J. Kelliher and D. O. Williams, expired on March 31. The Government has not yet announced their reappointment. The hank has sis directors, four being Government members and two elec-tej by shareholders. Messrs. A. T. Donnelly and J. Dowgray are the remaining Government members, shareholders' being represented by Messrs. R. W. Gibbs and A. E. Mabin. Mr. Donnelly is chairman of the board.
