Continuous Session—The United States Congress has been told that it must remain in continuous session for the duration of the war. Rapid Shipbuilding.—An American destroyer which was launched two days ago was constructed in eight months, this being half the normal time. . Exchange ol Diplomats.—A party of American diplomatic officials from Rumania arrived at Lisbon yesterday. There they will be exchanged for Axis diplomats ironi the United States.
