[BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON Monday A statement that a certificate would be issued on Wednesday declaring the motor bodybuilding industry essential was made by a witness before the Armed Forces Appeal Board to-dav. Witness said the industry was so important that it had been covered by the "blanket" clause, and some men who had wanted to leave had been prevented from doing so. Appeals 011 behalf of four employees of a motor bodybuilding firm were adjourned sine die.
