Damage to parking signs costing.-tlie borough not less than £SO in the past year has been caused in Devonpoi't by \ andals. 1' resli damage was discovered on Monday morning in Fleet Street. 1 arking signs, consisting of .steel plutes mounted on metal tubing sunk in concrete, have been bent over and twisted untiK they almost touch the ground. Some have been broken off. The damage has been done at night at various times during the year.
