| THE AUCKLAND EXCHANGE STEADY TO FIRM VALUES Steady to firm values ruled on the Auckland Stock Kxehnnge yesterday, when the market was without important change. Dealing continued to cover a wide range, with a strong demand centred in gilt-edged securities and insurance shares. Good industrials remained very steady, while a tinning in the Australian market was reflected in a small rise in Broken Mill Proprietary. CLOSING QUOTATIONS

DIVIDEND DECLARATIONS llis Majesty's Arcade and Theatre Company, Limited, has declared an interim preference dividend of 2 3-5 per cent, less 2s in the pound security taxes, and 2 per cent <iu ordinary shares, payable July t.
