VICE-REGAL AIDE
CAPTAIN HOLLAND-MARTIN [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] LONDON, Jan. S Captain C. J. Holland-Martin, Royal Fusiliers, is to accompany Sir Cyril Xewall, Governor-General-designate of Xew Zealand, as aide-de-camp. Captain Holland-Martin joined the I Territorial Army before the outbreak !of war, but for medical reasons has ! been obliged to give up itope of active service, at least for the time being. Educated at Eton and Balliol, Oxford, he is a member of Martin's Bank, which has the reputation of being the oldest bank in England. It was founded by his ancestor, Sir Richard Martin, in 1533. with Sir Thomas Gresham. After j the last war, it amalgamated with the ! Bank of Liverpool. j Captain Holland-Martin, who is not i married, counts fishing among his fayj ourite recreations. *""
