Regent Theatre.—Some spectacular scenes of combat atul action appear in "The Sea Hawk," which will continue, a season at the Regent Theatre to-day. Errol Flynn, who excels in a dashing type of role, scores yet another success in this sea drama. The leading feminine portraval is given by lovelv Brenda Marshall. St. James' Theatre. —Capacity houses have received with enthusiasm the film adaptation nf .lane Austen's famous novel "Pride and Prejudice," which will continue a season at St. James' Theatre to-day. An outstanding cast is bended by Greer Garson and Laurence Olivier, and their success in the roles of Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy is assured. Other players include Mary Boland and Edmund Gwenn. Plaza Theatre.—Thrilling entertainment is provided by the film "The Mark of Zorro," which will be shown again to-day at the Plaza Theatre. A dashing portrayal is contributed by Tyrone Power in the leading role of the masked bandit who terrorised California in its most adventurous days. Beautiful Linda Darnell takes the feminine lead, while Basil Pathbonc has a prominent part. Majestic Theatre. —• The modern French comedy "Spy For a Day" was presented before appreciative audiences at tho Majestic Theatre for the first time yesterday. Tho leading role is ably taken by Duggie Wakefield. Tho associate attraction, "Down Wont MeGinty," is a farce with the leading portrayals given by Muriel Angelus and Brian Donlevy. Included on the programme is tho second episode of "Tho Drums of Fu Manchu." Civic Theatre. —Merle oboron and George Brent prove their ability for playing dramatic roles both individually ami as a team in " 'Til We Meet Again." which will continue a successful season at the Civic Tlumtro to-day. \ luxury liner makes a lilting sotting for tho production, conveying as it does a sense of speed and a definite conclusion. Included on the supporting cast are Binnie Barnes and Frank MeHugli. Roxy, Tivoli Theatres.—The district in which the Boulder Dam is built makes a splendid setting for "Man Front Music Mountain," which was presented at the Roxy and Tivoli Theatres again yestertlav. Gene Autrcy has another success in tho leading role, and he js ably supported by Smiley Burnette. Thrills abound in the associate attraction "Frontier Town." This production contains some gripping scenes of the rodeo and steer riding. Tex Bitter appears in the leading role, with his horse White Flash. Century Theatre. —Entertainment of a high standard is presented in the touching human drama "21 Days Together,'' which continued a. successful season at the Century Theatre yesterday. Laurence Olivier gives a splendid portrayal as a young man living in fear for his liberty, while be is strongly supported by charming Vivien Leigh. .Miss Leigh is as clever and pleasing as ever, showing her complete capability as an actress in difficult roles. The programme includes a "March of Time" episode. Strand Theatre. Deanna Durbin proves her ability in tho more mature type of role in "Spring Parade," which was presented to appreciative audiences at the Strand Theatre yesterday. Ihe production provides refreshing entertainment. being light and possessing a number of charming musical presentations. Miss Durbin sings more artistically and with more development than before. Embassy Theatre.—Attracting thousands by reason of its convincing theme, brilliant production and superb acting, "All This and Heaven Too" will continue its season at the Embassy Theatre to-day. Bette Davis plays the main ro'e. Oxford and Avon Theatres.—Spectacular skating sequences are a feature of the film "Girl in a Million," which will continue a season at the Oxtord and Avon Theatres to-day. Sonia Henie has the leading role, and she finds capable support from the Ritz Brothers and Don Ameche. The associate attraction is the realistic production "Submarine Patrol." in which Richard Greene gives a fine portrayal. State Theatre. —Spencer Tracy gives a convincing and dramatic portrayal iu the teehnieolour production "Northwest:. Passage," which will be presented at tho State Theatre again to-day. Ihe leading feminine role is capably taken by Ruth Hussey, while Robert Young is also prominently cast. Vogue Theatre. —Refreshing and amusing entertainment is provided by Mickey Rooney and -ludy Garland, in tho humorous production "Babes in Arms," which will continue a season at the Vogue Theatre to-day. An unusual feature of the film is the appearance of a children's orchestra of 200 instruments.
