THE HOME GUARD
PONSONBY UNIT PARADE The first official parade of the Pom sonb.v unit of the Home Guard was held last night, when 150 members, headed by the Ponsonby Boys' Band, marched from the Three Lamps corner to the parade ground at Curran Street. Colonel C. D. Arnold represented headquarters, and Area ' Ser-geant-Major S. Green took charge of the instruction.
