St. James' Theatre. —Nelson Eddy and liis gracious partner .Jeanette .AlacDouald give splendid performances in "Now Moon," which will continue its popular season at the St. James' Theatre to-day. Plaza Theatre. —Tony Martin and Rita. Hay worth give splendid portrayals in "Music in My Heart," which will continue a season at the Plaza Theatre to-day. Majestic Theatre. The hilarious comedy "The Boys From Syracuse" will continue a season at the .Majestic Theatre to-day. The powerful drama "Black Friday" is the associate production. Civic Theatre. Authentic scenes j from the Great. War, combined with a» interesting story, make "The Hamparts We Watch," which will continue ! a session at the Civic Theatre to-day, ! gripping entertainment. The Nazi terror film "Baptism of Fire" is incorporated in the production. Century Theatre.—A poignant story is skilfully told in "The Dark Command," which will continue a .sejison at the Century Theatre to-day. Claire Trevor shows complete understanding of the character she portrays as a young aristocrat engaged in a hat tie between her heart and common sen-e. When one sees John Wayne and Walter Pidgeon as they appear in the film, it is quite easy to realise Ihe dilemma in which she is unfortunately placed. Set in Ihe Stale of Kansas in the days prior to the Civil War, the production provides refreshing and powerful entertainment. Strand Theatre.—Sensational photography is a feature of "World in Flames," which with "Myslery Sea Raider" will he presented at the SI rand Theatre again to-day. A review of events of the last ten years is presented in the former, while Carole Laudis and Henry Wileoxon head the cast in the latter. Embassy Theatre.-—"All This and Heaven, Too," in which Retle Davis and Charles Hover give exceptionally fine portrayals, will continue a highlysllecessi 111 season at the Fmbassv Theatre to-day. State Theatre. One of the most stirring pictures produced in recent years, "San Francisco," will commence a season at. the Slate Theatre to-night.
