Mrs. G. Gillon, Manukau Road, Epsom, has returned from a visit to Xa pier. Miss Rena Brodie, Romuera Road, will leave this morning to spend a holiday at Rotorua. Miss Kathleen Cruickshank, Victoria Avenue, Romuera, has returned from a holiday at The Mount-, Tanranga. Mrs. F. Mourin, of Mission Ray, returned to Auckland by the Mariposa yesterday from a visit to Sydney. Mrs. Herbert Lawry, who has been visiting Mrs. Watts-Ryan, of Grafton, has returned te Palmeraton North. Mrs. Ralph Worley, Arney Road, Remuera, and Miss Felicia Worley, have returned from & holiday at Taupo. Miss C. H. Armour, of Stanley Point, left by the Mariposa yesterday on an extended visit to the United States. Mrs. John Hill, Orakei Road, Remuera, has returned from a visit to Mrs. rtruce Mackenzie, at Waiwera. Mrs. John Nelson, of Eastbourne, Wellington, is the guest of Miss Alma Salter, Tamaki Drive, Kohimarama. Mrs. E. J. Roseman, of Wellington, who has been visiting Mrs. H. Maguire, Belmont, Takapuna, returned south at the week-end. Mrs. W. W. Averill. of All Saints' Vicarage, and her husband, Canon Averill, left yesterday te spend a holiday at Waiheke Island. Mrs. C. 8. Butler, of Ostend, Waiheke, will return home this morning after spending three weeks' holiday at Fitzroy, New Plymouth.
Mrs. J. R. Simpson and Miss Marjorie Simpson. Entrican Avenue, Remuera, returned yesterday from their farm at the Bay of Islands. Miss F. Murray, who has been the guest of Mrs. G. t). Greenwood, Arnberley, Christoliurrh, has returned to her home in Vincent Avenue, Remuera. Mrs. J. Rixon and her daughter, Mrs. N. Carnarvon, of Manga pai. North Auckland, left yesterday afternoon for Tauranga, where they will stay with Miss Freida 0 Grady. Miss K. F. Rixon, principal of Queenswood School. Hastings, will leave Auckland to-day, on her return to Hawke's Bay, after a visit to relatives at Mangapai, North Auckland. Mrs. Ivan Sparks, of Putaruru, with her infant daughter, who has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. V. Adams, of Mount Albert, has left to spend the rest of the summer holidays at Brown's Bay. Mra. W. Adamson and Miss Jane Hall (London), Mrs. A. H. Todd (Singapore), Mrs. E. R. G. Bruce, Mrs. A. Kelly, Miss Norma McCulloch. MisP. G. Sheridan and Miss E. 0. Collins (Sydney), Miss R. Munro (Dunedinj are at the Grand Hotel.
