Sentence of one week's imprisonment was imposed in the Police Court yesterday on Alastair Lind Lemarchand, farmer, aged 32 (Mr. Lennard), who admitted a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor-vehicle in Hobson Street on January 11. Detective-Sergeant Walsh said accused's car collided with a safety zone at about nine o'clock on Saturday night. Accused was examined by I)r. T. H.
