CROQUET IN COUNTRY
Huntly.—The annual B tournament conducted by the club proved most successful. Tho "No. 1 section of the doubles handicap was won by Mesdames Wilson and Lyons (Arapnni), and the No. 2 section by Mesdames MuDownll and Buss (Taupiri). In the plu.v-off Mesdames Wilson and l,yons defeated Mesdames McDowall and Buss by 20 points lo !). The handicap singles No. 1 section was won bv Mrs. Lyons (Arapuni), and the Xo. 2 section bv Mrs. -11. T. Wntkins (Huntly). In the final Mrs. 11. T. Watkins defeated Mrs. Lyons by -J(i [mints to 18. At the conclusion of the tournament tho president, Mrs. T. Chisholni, presented the prizes.
