PRESENTATIONS

A presentation of a cigarette stand was made by the staff of the Grey Lvim post office to the postmaster, Mr. C. K. Menzies, on tho occasion of his retirement yesterday. Mrs. Men7,ies was presented with a set of china. The presentations were made by Mr. S. W. White, senior telegraphist. Retiring yesterday after 40 years service witli tho Post and Telegraph Department, Mr. C. B. Mcfsaac, postmaster at Birkenhead, was presented with a fountain pen by old age pensioners and relief workers. Mr. 0. C. Petersen spoke on behalf of those present, and referred to the good relations that had existed between Mr. McTsaac and themselves.
