Friday The Centennial floodlight sports meeting of tlie Hamilton Amateur Athletic and Cycling Association was held at Hinemoa Park, Hamilton. There was a large attendance, and the track and cycling events attracted athletes from all parts of the waikato. The Auckland title-holder for the javelin throw, C. P. Clegg, entertained the spectators with several exhibition throws. There was very keen competition 111 the interhouse events, several of the larger local business houses competing. The shield for the best aggregate in the men's inter-house competition was won by the State Advances Corporation. while Messrs. 11. and J.
