REPERTORY THEATRE
[ANNUAL MEETING HELD { ELECTION OF OFFICERS Strong support for a suggestion that its three major productions planned for this season should he played to members only was forthcoming at the annual meeting* of the Auckland Repertory Theatre. The final decision was left to the new committee. Mr. R. T. Bowie was in the chair, the president. Mr. J, Kelsey, being absent on military service. The annual report stated that the 'theatre was developing steadily along the lines set down in the constitution. The smooth running of productions last season was undoubtedly assisted by the very evident team spirit which had developed. The following officers were elected:— Patron. Mr. J. W. Shaw; president, Mr. "R., T. Bowie; vice-presidents, Messrs." J. Lovatt and Pi H. Woods; honorary secretary, Mrs. M. Lovatt; honorary treasurer. Miss A. Gully; honorary, auditor, Mr. H. McD. Vincent; committee, Mesdames V. Wallace Smith and I. Watkin. Miss D. Dunmngham and Messrs. J, Mence and S. .Wood. ■ .
