PRISON TERM .ENDED GUARDED BY DETECTIVES (Received November 17, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 It is announced that the Chicago gangster Al. Capono has been released from prison. It is understood he is suffering from paresis, or incomplete paralysis, affecting motion but not sensation. . > . Capone is now in hospital at Baltimore for treatment. Technically he is free, but actually is still under surveillance. Meanwhile, police authorities in Chicago state that Capone gangsters were responsible for the murder last week of Edward O'Hare, a prominent horse racing figure and a former associate of Capone. The Attorney-General, Mr. Frank Murphy, has revealed that the Federal' Bureau of Investigation is guarding Capone.
