COLONISATION PLAN
. REFUGEES IN MEXICO (Received 1 ' Novpmber 17, 5.5 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, Nov. 16 The State of Tabasco is colonising 5000 families, half European refugees and half repatriated Mexicans. 'The former will require an average allowance of 11,000 pesos. The first colonists will arrive in 45 days. The sum of 1,000,000 pesos has been granted for the construction of a town.
