SCHOOL ROWING
MOUNT ALBERT GRAMMAR ANNUAL TRIAL EVENTS HELD The third annual rowing trials of the Mount Albert Grammar School were held yesterday and Thursday at St. Mary's Bay. Ponsonby. As in former trials, the West End Rowing Club allowed tho school the use of its clubhouse and boats. The events were rowed over a course of approximately half a mile. Iho officials were as follows:—Judges, Messrs. H. L. Calder, J. H. Jenkin; starter. C. B. Cleal. With the exception of a slight cross-wind on tho first day almost perfect weather conditions prevailed. Results were as follows: First Race.'—A. 1 1 . Tucker, D. J. Leggat, R. N. Drummond. C. F. Lowe. J. K, Goulding, 1; B. C. Anderson. B. W. Lambourno. G. C. Hitchcock, M. H'. Eyre, G. W. DavidS °Final Race.—Tucker, 1; L.S. Pitcher, M. S. Caldwell, H. W. Costar. R. Mcßeich G. M Horn 2; J. H.
