Friday The 15th annual .meeting of Automo bile Association' (Auckland) memberf in the Franklin district was held i ll the Masonic • Hall, Pukekohe, this week. The attendance numbered over 350. ; v Mr. H. Curd presided, and addresses were given by Messrs. A. A; Dignan and H. W. Bullock, as vice-presidents of the Auckland council of the..association. The report for the past-year J read by the Franklin agent, Mr. M 5. Campbell, mentioned that durinp the year the membership in the district had increased from 1242 to 1444. The following members "were elected to the Franklin committee of the. association for the following year:—Messrs H. Curd, L. C. Logan, L. W. Keals. 6. T. Prourle, H. Knight, G. S. Rose, W. H. Pellow. H. Dyer and A. W; Mears.
