The British Trade
INDUSTRY TO CONTINUE indications are that the British picture industry will continue in operation throughout the war much as usual, instead of closing down as was the case during the last conflict. Every. effort will be made to continue production in as smooth a manner as possible. It is not considered that the present man-power will be seriously curtailed. Nor is expected that there will be any difficulty in casting arrangements after allowance has been made for enlistments. Although some of the smaller studios have been commandeered for national purposes others will carry on.
