discharge application An application by Howard Victor Young, carpenter (Mr. Wills), for discharge from bankruptcy was opposed in the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr. Dyson, on behalf of the largest creditor, the Odlin Timber Company. Mr. Justice Fair heard the case. Mr, Wills said the bankrupt hftd done everything possible to facilitate tho realisation of his assets. : As it was evident that argument would occupy some time, His Honor adjourned the case to the next bankruptcy day.
