Tuesday What is believed to bo the record price for a pig was realised at an auction sale here, when £54 Is 6d was paid for a champion sow and litter of seven. Last year the sow was exhibited at the Royal Show and secured the championship, and at the Hawke's Bay Show last week secured first awards and championship.
