"CHARLEY'S AUNT"
SEASON OPENS TO-NIGHT "Charley's Aunt," a farce which has retained its popularity to an amazing degree, will bo. presented at His Majesty's Theatre to-night, when the Celebrity Comedy Company opens its Auckland season. Nearly all the members of tiie talented cast are well known to local audiences, Don Nicol, the leading comedian, having toured New Zealand with tlie companies of "White Horse Inn" and "Balalaika." At the head of the supporting players is Shirley Ann Richards, a promising Australian film actress who had important roles in the Cinesouud productions "Lovers and Luggers" and "Dad and Dave Colne to Town." "Getting Gertie's Garter" and "Up in Mabel's Room" arc to be presented by the company following "Charley's Aunt." Booking arrangements are advertised.
