BRITISH LABOUR COUNCIL "WHY KILL EACH OTHER?" ATTEMPT TO REACH WORKERS (Received July 2, 7.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 1 The National Council of Labour has appealed to the German people denouncing German propaganda lies, and urging the workers to insist that disputes he settled without war.
