MISHAPS IN BRITAIN BOTH LATER REFLOATED Independent Cablo Service (Received February 23. 9.'20 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 23 The British submarines Sunfish and Sterlet of the Swordfish class, attached to the fifth submarine flotilla, grounded at Sandown Bay, Isle of Wight, in rough weather on Tuesday. The Sterlet was refloated later, but the Sunfish was lying broadside on to the waves and was being pounded until to-day, when she also was refloated.
