PENDING TRADE TALKS POINTS FOR DISCUSSION Independent Cable Service LONDON. Feb. 22 The trade talks between Britain and Russia will embrace three principal points, says the Financial Times, namely:— (1) Ways and means to enable Russia to purchase more manufactured goods from Britain. (2) To what extent credits under the export credits guarantee plan can be extended.
(3) Proposals whereby Russia will make greater use of British shipping to carry British and Russian trade,
