NEGLIGENCE ALLEGED
MOTORIST FOR TRIAL .[by telegraph—OWN correspondent] ' WAIHI. Thursday Charged with negligent driving on December 23 at Waihi,.so as to cause the death of an eight-year-old boy, Dudley Raymond Hughes, an insurance agent, Harold Leonard Morgan, of Waitekauri, was committed to the Supreme Court at Hamilton for trial to-day, when he appeared before Messrs. W. M. Wallnutt and J. Moorhead, J.P.'s. Accused pleaded not guilty and reserved his defence. Bail of £IOO with one surety of £IOO was allowed.
