AWARD AGREEMENT
UMBRELLA WORKERS' CASE [BY TELEGRAPH —MESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Tuesday Complete agreement was reached in the Wellington district umbrella makers' dispute. A 40-hour five-day week, with the right to repair houses to work four hours on Saturdays at ordinary rates, was fixed. Wages for : journeymen are £5, and for iourneywomen £2 10s. ■ y
