MONUMENT PLANNED
FIRST TURKISH PRESIDENT FUNERAL ON NOVEMBER 21 (Received November 18. 7.80 p.m.) ANKARA. Nov. IB The remains of the latei President of Turkey, Eamal Ataturk, will ultimately be enshrined in a monument, which is .being erected in his honour, after the 'funeral on November 21. Meanwhile, "the body lies in the Ethnographical Museum, with a guard of honour. The National Assembly has voted £IOO,OOO for the late President's State funeral.
