STATE HOUSES
MORE LAND IBOUGHT BLOCK NEAR SANDRINGHAM A block of land of approximately ten and three-quarter acres fronting Mount Albert Road, near Sandringham, has been purchased by tbe State Housing Department from the trustees of the estate of the late Mr. Enoch Wood, of Auckland. The price has not been disclosed.
The land, which in the past has been used for the grazing of stock, adjoins two other blocks recently bought by the department. The three areas, it is stated, will be developed as a whole.
