WOMEN TERRITORIALS WAR OFFICE REGULATION LONDON, Oct. 20 The War Office has forbidden women Territorials to wear silk stockings. These must be of drab material, similar to the regulation shirts and tunics, and must not be transparent. The women's uniforms regulations provide for a skirt 14in. from the ground and sufficiently wide for free movement, n jacket similar to that of army officers and low-heeled, plain, lacing shoes.
