GISBORNE MATCH POSTPONED ILLNESS OF A. D. LOCKE [llY TKLEGK Al'lI —I'UBSS ASSOCIATION'] GISBORNE. Tuesday Tho South African golfer A. 1). Locke was this morning admitted to a private hospital with a temperature. After his exhibition game with A. G. Murray in Auckland on Saturday, Locke was not feeling well, and 011 arrival at Gisborne 011 Sunday he was worse. Medical advice was sought and, as a precautionary measure, Locke went, to hospital.
His temperature this afternoon was normal again, and there is a probability that ho may bo able to play his match with the local professional, A. E. Guy, to-morrow
