LADIES' TOURNEY MATCHES AT TE PUKE [by telegraph OWN correspondent] TE PUKE, Tuesday The Te Puke Ladies' Golf Club held an open tournament on the Paengaroa links yesterday, when visitors were present from the Rotorua. Whnkatane, Taneatua and Tauranga clubs. In the morning a four-ball bestball match was played, the winners being Mrs. (J. Farmer (Whnkatane) and Miss A. Riddel I (Te Puke). Tho runners-up were Mrs. F. Cook (Te Puke) and Miss Upton (Opotiki). I'he afternoon medal round resulted in a win for Mrs. J. Persey (Te Puke). The run-ner-up was Miss F. Mikkelson (Otamarakau).
