LIMITED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District (Auckland Registry), dated the 14th day of October, 1938. confirming the reduction of the capital of the abovenamed Company, from £• >O,OOO and the Minute (approved by the Court) showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the particulars required bv the above Statute were registered by the Assistant-Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the '2sth day of October. ,1938. The reason for the reduction is that the Company's capital was greatly in excess or the amount required to meet its liabilities and carry on its business, and it has been effected by returning to the shareholders out of capital in excess of the requirements of the Company the sum of 10s per share, amounting in all to £20,000, and by reducing the nominal amount of each share in tne Company's capital from £1 to lOs.
