Alan Mowbray was taken to hospital after collapsing on the set of "T&oro Goes My Heart." Isabel Jeans, who completes her Warner contract with a part in "Head Over Heels," is staying on in Hollywood to free-lance. At the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios, "Idiot's Delight" \vent into production on August 15, starring Clark Gable and Norma Shearer. A Mrs. Collins is trying to obtain an injunction to stop further showing of "Test Pilot," and claiming heavy damages in a copyright suit over her late husband's book of tho same name. Samuel Goldwyn will star Jon Hall and Andrea Leeds in "Beach Boy," a story of Hawaii. Edward Small, another United Artists producer, will star Jon Hall and Sigrid Gurie in a story of Tahiti*
