DEAR BOYS AND GIRLS,— IAST week-end I spent several happy hours wandering about the garden with Grey Malcolm following sedately at my heels. As I paused to 100 J at each new flower, the old grey puss would quietly «mff at the freshly opened .blossoms or roll on the warm brown earth. t,_„_ It was the round bed of pansies that caught my gaze a a» . mprpv teen very fond of pan.ie,, for their little locking 1.e.. remind me o[merry children ploying together in the field.. 1 bonder .f you h.ve ever pretended that each smiling flower is a person. It is a fascinating S ame ' That rich, velvety head over there is a grand lady, that l.ttle .hy blue one, the pew girl at school, while the dancing yellow_ one with the deep bro eyes is our best chum. So we go on naming each little bud until we have bed of laughing pansy . n tW> way for when we are VC ry small (and we delight moving CS?S£E, d hr S t!d h re g tould°have much preferred to be a cat-mint appear to-day, boys and girls, and next Saturday you will see the long-looked-for Spring Page.
