The anthology is divided into four sections, "Tali Yarns and Short Stories," "On Cruising," "On Racing" and "Dog-Watch Gamming," -and fly works of sonic thirty-seven authors are included. They write of their voyages in parts of the world, of storms and calms, adventures and quiet voyages.
