' ' ___ AUCKLAND COLTS' FIFTEEN GAME WITH SOUTH AUCKLAND After its fine showing last week to beat Thames Valley by a margin of 13 points, the Auckland colts' Rugby team is expected to giro another good performance against the South Auckland representatives at Eden Park this afternoon. The personnel of the side has been slightly changed sinco last Saturday, but capable players have been selected to the places of those liot available. The Auckland fifteen possesses some very promising material, and a number of the players are Tip to senior representative form. Although tho South Auckland team has only pln.vfl one or two games together, Iho combination has a reputation for pla.vinsr bright, open football. An interesting contest should result. The curtain-raiser will be between a Navy (cam and the senior reserve (trade reprcsenta{jie fifteen. It is not very often that a Navy flugby team is seen at Eden .Park, and the match should provo a welcome attraction. The teams for the principal game will bo as follows: • AUCKLAND Fullback. —"W. AUCKLAND FIFTEEN MATCH WITH HAWKE'S BAY The Auckland Rugby fifteen will play the last match of its southern tour to-day at Napier against Hawkc's Bay. The Auckland halfback wilf be J. Pile, instead of JF. CooDey, while Prentice, who was injured in the opening game against Manawatu, will take his usual place at centre-threequarter. Priest will be included in the forwards and Barry will be an emergency. The two lastnamed arrived in Napier yesterday by request to fill places made vacant through injuries.
