FLAGSTAFF HILL ROAD [nY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] RUSSELL,* Friday The Pnssell Town Board hn# decided to call the Government's attention to the state of the road loading to the top of historic Flagstaff Hill and the need for a grant to clear slips. This road is under Government."control. The board has also decided to ask Ibe Minister of Justice, the Hon. 11. (J. |{. Mason, to reinstate Court sittings at Kussell. The first Court in New Zealand was held there, and sittings were continued until ft short time ago, when the Justice Department considered that the work did not warrant sittings.
