SUSTENANCE FRAUD
A charge of making a false statement of income, thereby receiving £3 18s 2d from the Employment Promotion Fund, to which he was not entitled, was preferred against Frederick .Tames O'Regan in the Policfc Court yesterday. The magistrate, Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, imposed a fine of £4 and costs, 10s. Accused did not appear.
