MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS

The Hon. P. C. Webb,;Minister of Mines, visited the Westfield Freezing Works yesterday, in connection with the industrial dispute that had arisen there. He attended a function at the Auckland Labour Club last night, and was also present at the wrestling match in the Town Hall. The Minister will remain in Auckland for an indefinite period, and to-dav will receive deputations in connection with his own department, and others on behalf of the Prime Minister, Mr. Savage, who is indisposed. The Hon. R. Semple, Minister of Public Works, who visited the flooddevastated areas of the Esk Valley yesterday, addressed a large audience in Hastings last evening. He will visit Waipawa to-day.
