CZECH GOVERNMENT FOUR DIETS PROPOSED TRADITIONAL DIVISIONS SEATS FOR NATIONALS By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received July 22, 5.40 p.m.) PRAGUE, July 21 Details of the Czech Government's minorities plan, obtained from a reliable source, indicate that it provides for four Diets covering the traditional divisions of Czechoslovakia, Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia, Slovakia, and Ruthenia, the seats in each Diet to bo divided among electorates representing the various nationalities of the province. The central Government would reserve control of State finance, foreign policy and defence. INTERESTS OF PEACE ANGLO-FRENCH NOTES SETTLEMENT URGED SUDETEN GERMANS* DEMANDS (Received July 22, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, July 22 It is reported that the British and French Governments yesterday sent similar and simultaneous demarches to Prague designed to stimulate the Czech Government to go to the limit to ensure a settlement with the Sudeten Germans in the interests of European peace.
