MOTOR-CYCLIST HURT

Whon his motor-cycle skidded in loose shingle on the Great South Road, about a mile north of the Pokeno deviation yesterday, Mr. James Robert Williams, nged 24, single, of the Public Works settlement, Waipuhunga, West Taupo, was thrown on to the road and suffered head injuries and concussion. A pillion rider, Mr. Aitchison, was only slightly hurt. Both men were taken to the Auckland Hospital, Mr. Williams being admitted. His condition last night was reported to be not serious.
