AWATEA DELAYED
REPAIRING ENGINE DAMAGE [BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday The Union Steam Ship Company announces that the express steamer Awatea's damaged turbine is taking longer to rectify than was anticipated, and the departure of the vessel for Auckland has been postponed until 11 p.m. on Friday. The Awatea's departure from Auckland on Monday will not be affected.
