MELBOURNE TO SYDNEY BUSINESS MAN WINS WAGERS (Received May 1, 5-5 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 1 Mr. Alfred Williamson, a Melbourne business man aged 43. pedalled from Melbourne to Sydney on a child s tricycle for wagers, amounting to £35, challenging him Jo cover the distance in under 21 days. He actually completed the trip in under 10 days, and on arriving in Sydney to-day he was greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.
