FRENCH CHATEAU LEASED THREE YEARS' TENANCY (Received April 22, 5.5 p.m.) Times Cable LONDON, April 22 The' Duke of Windsor has signed a three-years lease of Sir Pomerov Burton's villa, the Chateau La Croe, at Cap d'Antibes, near Cannes, says the Cannes correspondent of the Times.

Sir Pomeroy Burton is an American journalist who was naturalised in Britain in 1916. Born in 1869 he was married first in 1894 to Marv Helen MacConnell, who divorced him in 1925. In the same year lie married his second wife Barbara Sedley Bramson, of Dinard.
