DENIAL OF DISGRACE (Received April 22, 11.35 p.m.) BERLIN, April 22 The German Foreign Office denies that Herr von Papen, whose whereabouts could not be traced yesterday, is in disgrace. It is stated that at present he is staying on his Saar estate.
