ROUND OF SIXTY-SEVEN SANDY HERD'S FEAT (Received April 22, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, April 22 On the eve of his 70th birthday Sandy Herd returned a remarkable card of 67 in the second round (aggregating 142) of the Silver King professional tournament at Moor Park. The leaders are Perry and Burton, 13-3; Cotton, Adams and E. E. Whitcombe, 137. '

Herd reached the turn in 30, which score he had not previously accomplished, but his homeward half was marred by-a seven at the 16th. Perry, "in the second round, returned ,a card of 64, a course record. The final two rounds will be played to-day.
